Terms and conditions for Facad WS Subscription
The product Facad WS Subscription is limited to 1 fixed user license and contains the same functionality as the Facad Tracing Only version, except for FCD-WS-Full-360 which is the Facad Full version. 1 fixed user license is valid for one specific computer (PC) and is suitable for a stand-alone workstation, or a single laptop installation.
Once the user license is issued for a specific PC, the user license cannot be moved to another PC during the subscription period. A new subscription period must be purchased to move a user license.
Software updates to new versions are included during the subscription period.
Licensing and activation of the software installation is included. No other technical support is included.
No training is included, we recommend using the User’s Manuals that is found in several languages within the software.
The Facad software is developed by Ilexis AB, a company incorporated in Sweden.
The Facad software may not be copied, nor may it be installed on any other computer environments than those agreed upon with Ilexis AB.
Ilexis AB takes no responsibility for possible incorrect treatment of patients whose treatment was planned when using the Facad software.
The Facad software is purchased in Sweden, hence the product is governed and construed in accordance with Swedish law, thus Ilexis AB will not be held responsible under other countries’ laws and regulations.
Geschäftsbedingungen für ein Facad WS Abonnement
Das Produkt Facad WS Abonnement ist auf 1 stationäre Benutzerlizenz begrenzt und enthält dieselben Funktionen wie die Facad Ausschließlich Durchzeichnungen Version (alleinige Durchzeichnungsversion), mit Ausnahme der FCD-WS-Full-360 welche die Facad Vollversion ist. 1 stationäre Benutzerlizenz gilt für einen bestimmten Computer (PC) und ist für einen alleinstehenden Arbeitsplatz oder eine einfache Laptopinstallation geeignet.
Sobald die Benutzerlizenz an einem bestimmten PC verwendet wird, kann die Benutzerlizenz während des Abonnementzeitraums nicht auf einen anderen PC übertragen werden. Um eine Benutzerlizenz zu übertragen muss ein neuer Abonnementzeitraum erworben werden.
Software Updates neuer Versionen sind für dem Abonnementzeitraum enthalten.
Lizenzierung und Aktivierung der Softwareinstallation sind enthalten. Es ist kein weiterer technischer Support enthalten.
Es sind keine Kurse enthalten, wir empfehlen Ihnen die Benutzerhandbücher zu lesen welche innerhalb der Software in verschiedenen Sprachen erhältlich sind.
Die Facad Software wird durch Ilexis AB entwickelt, eine in Schweden eingetragene Firma.
Die Facad Software darf nicht kopiert oder auf jedwede anderen Computerumgebungen installiert werden als diejenigen, welche mit Ilexis AB vereinbart sind.
Ilexis AB haftet nicht für mögliche Behandlungsfehler bei Patienten, deren Behandlung unter Nutzung der Facad Software geplant wurde.
Die Facad Software wird in Schweden erworben, daher unterliegt das Produkt den rechtlichen Bestimmungen des Schwedischen Gesetzes, weshalb Ilexis AB sich nicht vor den Gesetzen und rechtlichen Bestimmungen anderer Länder verantwortet.
